MARKETING MANAGER of the NIS, Dawn Small, expressed the staff’s dedication to their work, saying, "We Serve Because We Care."
To efficiently function and carry out the mission statement, ‘To provide social security and to promote social and economic development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines through prudent financial and people-centered management’, the NIS employs three levels of staff who not only carry out their day to day task, but are also hands on through the institution’s outreach programmes.
