Provision of cleaning services at National Insurance Services (NIS)
- The National Insurance Services (NIS) is inviting professional cleaning companies to tender for the provision of first-class cleaning services at its headquarters located at Upper Bay Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The glass-fronted, three-story building comprises four floors of approximately 14,280 sq. ft. each. The building’s common facilities include a covered cobblestone walkway, entrance patio, lobby, exhibition area, conference auditorium, customer elevators, and public washrooms on each floor. Each floor has a mix of tiled and carpeted flooring.
- These services will be restricted to the NIS offices on the ground floor, first floor, second floor (partial) and third floors, and all common areas and facilities – corridors, walkways (internal and external), elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and air condition air handling rooms.
- As the scope of the contracted cleaning services covers all common areas and facilities, you are advised to visit the NIS building to carefully inspect and understand the building’s layout and areas to be cleaned before submitting your tender.

Kingstown - Your tender must be received at the NIS office by 3:30pm on Tender Closing Date Friday February 6, 2026. Tenders received after this Tender Closing Date will not be considered.
- Your tenders shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days commencing the date after the tender closing date.
- Interested firms must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in providing similar services to commercial or office buildings
- Adequate staffing capacity and supervisory arrangements
- Availability of commercial-grade equipment and materials suitable for continuous building use
- Compliance with statutory, regulatory, and OSH standards
- Financial and operational capacity to deliver the services
- Tender submission must include:
- Company profile and relevant experience
- Proposed methodology and work plan
- List of machinery, tools, materials, and products to be used(Products must meet industry standards and comply with OSH guidelines)
- Staffing structure and supervision plan
- Financial proposal
- Copies of relevant references
